My name is Randi Bøgh Kruse, and yesterday (Thursday, November 14) marked exactly one year since I walked through the doors at Frese – and I haven't regretted it for a minute.
It was quite a career change, going from being a pharmacist to an assembly operator in a manufacturing company. I started on day shifts but have recently switched to nights, which fits well with my life as a single mum of a 4-year-old daughter. Working nights provides flexibility and makes things run smoothly.
A typical workday usually begins with me looking at when tasks need to be completed and planning my work night accordingly. There aren't many of us working nights, so there's always a nice calm and good atmosphere.
I really enjoy my job at Frese – I feel heard and appreciated, and I really love what I do – it’s meaningful. It means a lot to me to be involved in producing products that make a difference, while having a daily life that goes hand in hand with family life.
