The District Energy team focuses on providing sustainable energy solutions to utility companies and their district heating systems. They offer a combination of high-quality products, extensive application knowledge, and innovative, digital overlay solutions that provide our customers with insights and control over their networks, promoting green energy and efficient energy supply.
The Finance department manages the numbers. They are responsible for the accounting, financial management, budgeting, and reporting function for the company group, providing a solid foundation for making the right tactical and strategic decisions.
The HR department focus on ensuring a work environment characterized by high employee satisfaction and an inclusive culture with strong cohesion. They also work on attracting new colleagues to support Frese's business growth. They manage monthly payroll processing and provide advice on health insurance, pensions, and labor agreements. Additionally, HR is the glue in daily operations, ensuring a good working environment, from office equipment to social activities and the warm and professional reception of our guests at Frese.
The IT department is our technological backbone. They maintain and develop our IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and support all departments with the latest digital tools and solutions.
The Marine department specializes in maritime solutions. They offer our customers a wide range of products made from materials such as stainless steel, low-carbon steel, and nickel-aluminum bronze. These materials are particularly suitable for demanding environments, including ballast water treatment, seawater district cooling, desalination, and offshore applications.
