When I first joined Frese in April 2011, I was the first sales representative for the German GmbH. Looking back, I can see how each step has led me to where I am today. What initially drew me to Frese was the fascinating world of hydraulics and the opportunity to strengthen the brand's presence in the market. Little did I know this would turn into a twelve-year journey of mutual growth and development.
My role has naturally evolved over the years. Today, I manage the entire Buildings division across the DACH region, but it's far from a routine position. One moment I might be deep in project negotiations, the next analyzing market trends or developing strategies for our expansion in Austria and Switzerland. Working with both our field service and office teams adds another layer of complexity and satisfaction to my daily responsibilities.
The beauty of working at Frese lies in its diversity of challenges. Each market has its unique characteristics, and understanding these cultural nuances has been both challenging and enriching. It's taught me valuable lessons about leadership and market analysis – skills that have become fundamental to my professional toolkit.
