Of course, there may be differences in the process, depending on the position in question.

Denmark | Quality & Environmental Director for Frese Group

Application & interviews

If you are interested in one of our vacancies, please send us your CV and application. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

If you have received the confirmation email in your spam folder, you must mark it as 'Not spam'. In this way, you ensure that upcoming messages land in your regular inbox.

We strive to evaluate all applicants both respectfully and thoroughly. Upon receipt of your application, our recruitment team will review your CV and application and assess your qualifications according to the position. We endeavour to notify you promptly of the outcome of your application at the email address from which you sent your application. You will also be notified if you do not proceed further in the process.

If you are called in for an interview, we assess that there is a good match between your skills and the vacant position.

The first interview will be an initial conversation with the hiring manager, where you can get to know each other better, both on a personal and professional level. The goal is to get a sense of whether the job is right for both you and the company. For you, it may be a good idea to read about Frese on our website in advance, so you can be asked important clarifying questions. After the first interview, you and your manager must decide whether you want to proceed in the hiring process.

  • If you are called in for a second interview, you will usually be asked to complete two tests prior to the interview. You will need to complete a personality test and a logic test. The tests will be used to get to know you better as a person and the way you work, and will be the focal point for the second conversation. At this interview, an employee from HR will participate. For the second interview, plenty of time will be set aside so that, in addition to feedback on the test, there is time to ask clarifying questions.
  • Depending on the type of job and the course of the first interviews, you may also be called in for a 3rd interview, where the final clarifications about an employment are discussed, and if you have not already met colleagues and been given a tour at this time, there will be an opportunity for this. It is important to us that we find the right match and that you feel the same

Applicants who have been interviewed but are not offered the job will always receive a verbal rejection.

References

If we offer you the job, we will often collect references from previous employment to hear more about you as a person and your achievements. You can rest assured, we will never contact references without your agreement

During the process, we have discussed the terms of employment, but prior to submitting a contract, all details will be discussed with you once again. Once the contract is signed, your manager will start planning your onboarding.

Refusal

If you have received a rejection, please know that we do not save applications for later use or other vacancies, but you are welcome to apply another time. The fact that you have not been considered for the job does not mean that you cannot get a job at Frese at a later date, or that you were not qualified for the particular position you applied for. It just means that there was another applicant whose profile matched the vacant position to a greater extent. Therefore, we encourage you to keep an eye on our job postings and apply again if a position that matches your qualifications comes up. You can follow Frese's LinkedIn profile, where all vacancies are shared.
