The building comprises ground and eight upper storeys, with 66 basement car parking spaces over three levels. Recent refurbishments included smart water monitoring to reduce consumption by 60%, the addition of electric vehicle charging points, and bike racks to promote sustainability. This project marked Frese UK's first order with Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services, supplying 840 MODULA Direct-series valve sets with integrated OPTIMA Compact PICVs for the heating and cooling systems.
The task was to provide a precise, energy-efficient, and hydraulically balanced heating and cooling solution for the Lloyds Bank refurbishment, ensuring optimal indoor climate conditions for employees. Additionally, due to unforeseen site access issues over the festive period, the delivery schedule was impacted, requiring a quick and effective resolution.
To maintain optimal performance and balance within the heating and cooling system, Frese supplied 840 MODULA Direct-series valve sets with integrated OPTIMA Compact PICVs.
