Even though our Singapore office just opened a few months ago, on January 1st this year, we are already experiencing the positive effects of having a strong local presence. This is, in no small part, due to the great team we were able to convince to head up the Singapore office.
Simon Goh, our seasoned sales professional, brings a wealth of experience to the table. With approximately 50 years in the maritime industry across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, Simon has collaborated with multinationals in Germany, Denmark, France, and the United Kingdom. His expertise spans ship owners, shipyards, design houses, and contractors. Simon's passion for technical and project sales is contagious, and we're fortunate to have him on board.
Jon Chong, a mechanical engineer graduate, joins us from Frese Buildings, where he excelled as a regional sales manager responsible for HVAC markets in Southeast Asia. With over 30 years of HVAC sector experience, Jon brings invaluable insights to our new Singapore office. His dedication to energy efficiency aligns perfectly with our mission, and we're excited to see the impact he'll make.
