The Forum Marmara is one of the biggest shopping centers in Turkey and Europe. The project is located on a 106,000 m² plot area and has 85,000 m² of foundation area. Besides the shopping centre with stores, cinemas, food courts, bowling centers and children’s playing area there are six office floors.
Frese Eurasia has many big shopping malls on the reference list - Forum Marmara now being the latest one. The entrance part of the commercial areas (shopping mall & offices) was completed in March 2011.
Frese Automatic Balancing Valves were used to ensure hydraulic balance in the complex and so the delivery consisted of Frese ALPHA Valves for every shell & core part, every AHU heating and cooling lines, chillers, cooling towers, heat-exchangers - 1,300 pcs in total.
