The 118 is among Dubai’s most exclusive luxury residential buildings. While standing over 200 metres tall, the building comprises only 28 residences, each covering one or two full floors. Frese has provided 411 Frese OPTIMA Compact pressure independent control valves. The apartments are controlled by a touch screen based room management system, which makes it important to maintain very precise control to match the comfort needs of the residents. Many areas in this project required control over ultra-low flows.
Frese OPTIMA Compact PICV with 2.5mm stroked valves gives an advantage of controlling very low flows on the fan coil units.
