The company is celebrating this important anniversary on its stand at the ISH 2013 trade fair, where the third generation of these popular valves is being presented.
Here, visitors will have the opportunity to inspect the entire OPTIMA range of dynamic control valves in twelve different pipe sizes from DN 10 up to DN 150.
At the same time, visitors can talk to Frese employees about how, by installing this type of dynamic valve, it is possible to save up to 50% in pump energy in their cooling or heating systems compared with a system based on static valve systems.
“We are presenting the market’s best technology in all sizes. The OPTIMA range covers twelve different pipe sizes from DN10 and right up to DN 150. We are one of only a few companies worldwide to supply such a comprehensive and wide-ranging product programme. We are particularly proud that, for the first time ever, we can present the new, pressure-independent Frese OPTIMA 150 for large applications. This valve meets the need for dynamic regulation of cold and heat in large air handling units and plate heat exchangers,” says Jens Johansen, Product & Marketing Manager, Frese A/S.
OPTIMA is an intelligent control valve, a three-in-one valve that maintains balance in the system, controls the room temperature and ensures that pressure fluctuations do not affect either the balance or the room temperature. OPTIMA replaces a balancing valve and a control valve, and eliminates the need for pressure difference regulators. Using this type of valve will therefore usually cut installation costs by up to 40%.
Visit the Frese stand to find out how the technology behind dynamic valves has, for 25 years, been making it easier to commission cooling and heating systems. Today, you only need to set the flow, and the valve will then ensure constant balance in the system.
