Regional Sales Manager

Want to work for one of the global market leading HVAC valve manufactures and play an instrumental role in expanding our innovative balancing valves business in assigned territories within China. We are looking for an experienced regional sales manager located in either Beijing or Guangzhou.

Main purpose of job and accountabilities

Development of our innovative balancing and control valves in HVAC and Heating segment in assigned area.
Frequently visit customers and establish close working relationship with different stakeholders including designers, consultants, contractors, project owners, distributors and heating companies.
Use value selling tools to develop in strong local value propositions, clearly demonstrating our technical and quality related competitive advantages benefits for the customer.
Organize seminars and roadshows to promote Frese brand and enhance awareness of Frese.
Collect projects information from outside and internal resource Qianlima to generate high quality pipeline
Fulfil sales target in assigned territory.
Undertake regular monitoring of competitors’ activities and provide competitor product benchmarking.
Provide new product ideas and improvements relevant for the domestic Chinese market through Voice of the Customer (VoC) interviews and feedback

You will be reporting to the General Sales Manager of China.

What we are looking for

The right candidate for this role will:

Over 3 years HVAC product sales experiences in international or famous local manufacture
Experience in project sales and value selling.
Proven excellent sales performance in HVAC market.
Good communications skill with different stakeholders and very good presentation skills
Sound written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Integrity, loyal and persistent in pursuing business opportunities
Knowledge of and/or relationships with construction consultancies, design agencies and/or mechanical electrical plumbing contractors will be preferable.

The Frese Group have experienced on average double-digit growth over the past 5 years and now have a new strategic plan in place for 2018-20 with even more ambitious growth targets.

The Package

We appreciate that to get the right talent, we must offer a compelling package. So, in addition, to the salary itself, the package will entail a bonus scheme, social charges (pension fund, housing fund, unemployment fund medical and injury insurance), mobile phone reimbursement and several social activities including an annual company tour.

Travel

Domestic and international travel should be expected, but will be occasional and planned well in advance.
