Vexve已完成对Frese的购并

Vexve已完成对丹麦领先的阀门制造商Frese的购并。通过与Frese联手，Vexve巩固了其在过渡到低碳时代的未来成为欧洲领先的关键阀门系统解决方案提供商的战略地位。

Vexve早在2024年12月初就宣布了购并总部位于丹麦的Frese公司，一家领先的水力管网动态平衡阀制造商的意向。

Frese在水力系统方面高度互补的阀门产品、强大的生产能力和在中欧市场的强大的立足点巩固了Vexve作为向低碳未来过渡的关键阀门系统解决方案的领先的提供商的战略地位。

Vexve现已完成在丹麦的正式的FDI申报程序并且于2025年1月31日完成购并的交易。购并后，公司的总营业额将超过2亿欧元。

Paul Gustavsson继续担任Vexve集团的首席执行官，René Barington继续担任Frese的总经理。
