On behalf of Frese, MARPRO Group is looking for a Head of Sales, Valves for the office in Slagelse. You will report to the Global Segment Director – Marine and Industry of the company.
Frese is a global leader in energy-efficient flow management and control technology, serving the maritime industry and various industrial process plants. Our integrated valve package solutions incl. valves, sensors, controllers, and actuators are well-proven and in high demand.
As Head of Sales, Valves, your primary responsibility will be to expand our core valve business, both through project-based sales and partnerships with OEM customers. You will lead and develop a smaller experienced sales team and external regional sales partners while working closely with inside sales, marketing, product management and engineering teams.
You will first and foremost be responsible for the global marine related valves sales budget and drive growth by strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying new prospects, and converting them into long-term partners. Managing pricing strategy, agent and distributor networks, and support promotional activities, including trade shows, will also be key responsibilities.
This role involves travel, mainly across Europe and Asia.
