Aqua Raffles Towers consists of a 24-storey hotel tower and a 53-storey residential tower.
With an enviable location, and inspired by rich Arab heritage, the luxury hotel will feature 180 guest rooms and 188 branded residences.
The property will offer special wedding suites, as well as a great number of recreational options such as a library, penthouse-level entertainment suite, and a 1,200 square meter spa and fitness club featuring an indoor ladies-only pool. The hotel will also have state-of-the-art event and meeting facilities, including a 1,000 square meter ballroom overlooking the corniche and 750 square meters of meeting space.
Frese has delivered 16 OPTIMA Compact DN250 pressure independent control valves for the facility’s cooling towers. Due to the oxygen-rich water in the cooling system, the 8 OPTIMA Compact valves installed at the condensers have been delivered with special epoxy coating, which consists of an epoxy resin and a polyamine hardener. This adds a protective layer and provides strong resistance to corrosion.
In addition, Frese has delivered 1,800 MODULA units and 50 OPTIMA Compact DN40-DN150 for the project.
