Regional Sales Manager

South-east Asia

This Regional Sales Manager position is a newly created role. You will play a vital role in the south-east Asian HVAC valve segment that Frese is constantly growing in with its existing and new valve product portfolios. The technology company has experienced on average double-digit growth rates over the past five years. A new strategic plan is in place for 2018-20 with further ambitious growth targets.

Your responsibilities

You will be the regional sales manager for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia

Your primary tasks will be:

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
Provide system solution sales from within the product range
Ongoing technical and commercial development and training of new and existing distribution partners in Frese HVAC valve and actuator system solutions
Maintain ongoing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and data base for the consultant, contractor, distributor customer base and projects within the region
Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports using data base
Maintain, monitor and report existing annual and quarterly sales and cost budgets. Manage activities and monitor spend against forecast

Your qualifications

Education: Mechanical Engineer, Sales & Marketing Training
Knowledge and experience with fluid- or thermodynamics
Relevant work experience in an international environment (min. 5 years)
Language skills: English, written and spoken
Structured, analytical and data-driven including strong IT-skills including excel, word, power point and outlook

You will report to the General Sales Manager - Asia Pacific

Regular South East Asian International travel should be expected and welcomed.
